Good place to stay -- know what you're getting into

I stayed here three nights for a work convention. The street it's on is rough -- lots of garbage and unhoused folks in all the doorways. But the facility itself is secure and well-kept, though it's all remote-managed. I didn't see anyone at any point during my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, though my room had a window directly on to the street and there was tons of street noise -- I wished I'd brought ear plugs. And there was a single shared shower and toilets way down the hall.
Convenient and clean.
